Please allow 24-48 hours processing time for your order to ship. Average shipping time is 7-10 business days excluding holidays. Tracking numbers will be updated in 3-5 business days after your order has been shipped. If you don’t have a tracking number after 5 business days, please email us at support@rochre.com
We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund, however the cost of shipping for the return must be paid by the customer. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of the original purchase. Please include order number, name, and shipping address at the return label. Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Order may be cancelled during the processing time before it has been shipped out. Email us your cancellation request at support@rochre.com . We do not guarantee cancellation, but it can always be returned after receiving for a full refund.
Contact us at sales@rochre.com with the order number and correct address within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
